Coffee Quality: As a perishable product, we strive to ship beans with optimal freshness.
Changes: All descriptions and prices of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. CafeToni reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it. Please review your order carefully; once accepted, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

CafeToni is powered by Shopify. However, any sales and purchases you make are made directly with CafeToni. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales, including injury or loss resulting from products. You expressly release Shopify from all claims related to your transactions with CafeToni.

If you submit ideas, reviews, or suggestions ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide license to use and distribute such content. We are under no obligation to maintain Feedback in confidence or pay compensation for it.
